What marlo collects when you join the waitlist or try the live call, and what we do with it. It is short on purpose.

When you join the waitlist

We keep your email address, the date you joined, which form you used, and a scrambled version of your IP address that we use only to spot spam. We do not keep the IP address itself.

We use your email to tell you when marlo is ready, and to send the occasional update about marlo. Nothing else.

When you try the live call

Your browser sends what your microphone hears to our voice server so marlo can hear you and answer. We do not save the recording, and we do not save a transcript of a demo call. Calls end after three minutes.

To keep bots off the line, a check from Cloudflare runs before a call starts. Cloudflare sees your browser and IP address for that check.

marlo is an AI voice, not a person. He cannot place trades, and nothing he says is investment advice.

This website

If you say yes in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which parts of the page get used. Google sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address and what you do on the page, such as pressing call or joining the waitlist. We never send it your email address or anything you say on a call, and we keep advertising cookies switched off.

If you say no, Google's code is never loaded, so Google hears nothing about your visit. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat that as a no without asking. You can change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.

There are no advertising trackers on this page. Our hosting provider keeps the usual server logs (your IP address, the time and the page asked for) for security.

Who else sees it

Amazon Web Services hosts the site and the list, in the United States, Cloudflare runs the check that keeps bots off the live call, and Google gets analytics data only if you accept it in the banner. We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not share it with anyone for their own use.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on the waitlist until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

• Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
• You can ask us to show you what we have about you, or to delete it, by writing to the address below. We will do it and confirm.
