The rules for using marlo's site, the waitlist and the live call. Plain words, on purpose.

What marlo is

marlo is an AI voice you can call to talk through markets and your own ideas. He is not a person. He is not a broker, a financial adviser or an investment adviser, and he cannot place, change or cancel a trade for you.

Not investment advice

Everything marlo says and everything on this site is for information and education only. It is not investment, tax, legal or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Every decision is yours, and you should speak to a licensed professional about your own situation.

He can be wrong

marlo is an AI. He can mishear you, misread a number, miss something that just happened or sound sure when he should not. Market data can be delayed or incomplete. Check anything that matters before you act on it. Figures shown on this site are examples.

Using the live call

• You must be at least 18.
• Calls use your microphone, only with your permission, and last three minutes.
• Do not use scripts or automated tools to place calls, try to break or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful or abusive.
• We may limit, pause or block calls, or close the demo, at any time and without notice.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist you agree to get emails from us about marlo. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time. What we keep and why is on the Privacy page.

Who owns what

The marlo name, logo, voice, words and design are ours. You may use the site and the demo for yourself. You may not copy, resell or build on them without asking first.

No promises, and limits on what we owe you

The site and the demo are provided as they are, with no promise that they will always be available, accurate or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, marlo and the people behind it are not responsible for any loss, including trading losses, that comes from using the site, the demo or anything marlo says.

Changes

We may change these terms as marlo grows. The date at the bottom says when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
